Bogotá Bites

Restaurant competitive intelligence & operations

A private, production web application built for a Bogotá restaurant group. It unifies reputation monitoring, competitor mapping, marketing analytics, and day-to-day operations so leadership can act on data instead of scattered spreadsheets.

What it is

Bogotá Bites is an internal-facing product: authenticated dashboards, maps, review feeds, Instagram and SEO insights, inventory, invoicing, and calendar tooling tailored to hospitality workflows. It is not a public marketing website — access is limited to the client team.

What it achieves

  • Single place to monitor owned locations and competitors across Bogotá with map-based context.
  • Review and sentiment visibility with actionable inbox-style workflows for the team.
  • Marketing and operations modules (social, PageSpeed, inventory, invoices) without switching between disconnected tools.
